Kestel was last seen in Lorena, Texas on June 21, 1992.
Kestel was allegedly abducted by his noncustodial father, Daniel Lee Kestel. An FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was issued for the abductor on July 22, 1992.
