Circumstances of Disappearance
Harvey disappeared after leaving a neighbor's house in Hinsdale County, Colorado on July 11, 1984 at approximately 15:30. The house was located 17 miles northwest of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. He was staying at his family's summer home.
