• Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Brown eyes; brown hair.
• Marks, Scars, Tattoos: Riley has a tattoo of an eagle with the letters U.S.A. underneath his right bicep and a tattoo of a black panther head on his left bicep. He has a burn scar from his right elbow to the top of his hand, a skin graph on his inner left thigh, a mole on his lower left eyelid near the tear-duct, a scar through his left eyebrow, a large pock mark on his right cheek, and additional scars around his hairline on the front of his face.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Riley was last seen in the company of Max Thomas in August of 1992 in Marshall, Harrison County, Texas.

They were believed to have traveled to Houston, Texas. Foul play is possible.
