either E + R or E + 8. Also tattooed on cheek under right eye. A mole below his right eye. He may be Mexican or Asian.

The victim was located floating in the Sacramento River at West Sacramento's Four Seasons Marina on October 5, 1983. There
was no trauma to the remains. Although coroners were able to lift fingerprints from the man's hands, they were never able to
find a match with any prints on file.
