Distinguishing Marks/Features: Tattoo on left arm of a heart and scroll with "Mom" in center; anchor on inner forearm; a Spanish-style cross on the inner left wrist; and "EXIE" or "EXILE" on the left hand. Outside of left wrist, not discernible either E + R or E + 8. Also tattooed on cheek under right eye. A mole below his right eye.
Dentals: Available. Teeth #7 and #26 missing.

The decedent was located floating in the Sacramento River at West Sacramento's Four Seasons Marina on October 5, 1983. There was no trauma to the remains. Although coroners were able to lift fingerprints from the man's hands, they were never able to find a match with any prints on file.
