• Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Grey/white, straight, collar length hair; green eyes. Heavy build.
• Marks, Scars: Tattoo of chipmunk on upper left arm; Scar below ribs on stomach.
• Clothing: A black, extra large T-shirt; Levi's brand blue jeans (size 36"); a black jacket; large, grey briefs, and shoes. The shoes and jacket were recovered with vehicle.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Dwayne Lee left his residence Christmas Eve, 24 December 1999.
His vehicle was located December 26, 1999, at Gray's Beach, Thousand Island's Parkway.
