The victim was located in a basement door well, underneath plywood and debris, of 604 North Avenue, by workmen that were beginning repair and remodeling on the abandoned property.
Duct tape was located around the victim's neck. Toxicology tests on the remains were impossible to conduct.
The exact cause of death has is undetermined, but considered to be the result of homicidal violence.
