• Age at Time of Disappearance: 31 years old
• Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'11-6'0"; 160-166 lbs.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Brown hair; brown eyes. Slender build; right-handed. He has remnants of a Nova Scotian accent. Smoked cigarettes.
• Marks, Scars: Tattoo of swords "X" with "TATA" above; "67" on bottom of left shoulder. The top half of his left eye is blue and right eye turns in and is drooped. He has a small scar on the tip of his chin.
• Clothing: White and grey cotton sweatshirt; blue and white runners; blue denim jeans.
• Medical: Bipolar

Circumstances of Disappearance
Kevin left in the morning of August 22, 1999 to visit his brother who lives half an hour away, but he never arrived. His truck was found abandoned at a local gravel pit.
Purdy's sunglasses, keys and drivers license were found in the vehicle and the stereo was missing.
Kevin has no identification on him and may be traveling across Canada to Nova Scotia.
