Circumstances of Disappearance

Abigail Estrada was last seen on June 16, 2007 in Harlingen, Texas. She was last known to be in the company of Ruben Torres, Estrada's boyfriend. Ruben Torres was charged with capital murder in connection with the disappearance of Estrada. Torres was apprehended by U.S. Customs agents on August 11, 2007 as he crossed back into the United States from Mexico. Abigail Estrada's body has never been found.
