Circumstances of Discovery

On January 12, 2002, an officer with the Montgomery County sheriff's department met with a person who had purchased an iron cauldron at the Olde Security Square Flea Market located at 20024 Highway 105. The cauldron contained books on the occult along with a human skull and mandible. The cauldron and other items had initially been purchased from a self-storage facility in Houston, Texas after nonpayment of rent.
