• Date Of Birth: January 19, 1966
• Age at Time of Disappearance: 23 years old
• Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'5"-5'6"; 152 lbs.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: Hispanic male. Brown eyes; brown hair. Medium complexion.
• Clothing: He was wearing a blue or gray sweatshirt and blue jeans.
• Scars: Bump on right eyebrow, scar on back of left shoulder in the shape of a triangle approximately 1/2" in height.
• Dentals: Available. Upper front tooth is capped and discolored. 

Circumstances of Disappearance
Louis Reyes was last seen 19:00 in the vicinity of Rt. 22 in Wingdale, NY, at the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center where he was being treated on a voluntary basis for a mental disability. An extensive search was conducted of the area.

Reyes has not been seen or heard from since.
Reyes is not able to care for himself. He has a medical condition.
