The new owner of property just west of the Marion-Hendricks County line, near County Road 1050 East and Maloney Road, found a 120-gallon tank while clearing the land. When the tank was cut open for scrap metal, human remains were found inside.
According to investigators, it was uncertain whether the remains may have been in the tank for a period of years or even a decade or more.
