Dewey was a resident of the Orange Court Motor Lodge for 15 years. A retired county employee from Lexington, KY, he had no known family at time of his disappearance. People who knew him said he liked to take walks and visit SeaWorld daily, and would travel there by bus.
His room was found secure and in neat condition. No foul play is suspected. It is believed he left his room for a walk and possibly had a cardiac episode while he was out. He is presumed deceased. Authorities are attempting to match with unidentifieds between Florida and Kentucky.
