    • Clothing: He was wearing black pants with a 36-inch waist; a gray sweater; tan boots; and a white dress shirt. He was also wearing a black Dico watch.

    Case History
    The fatal accident occurred at the Santa Fe Railroad Tracks, which are to the right of Euclid and Williamson Streets in Fullerton, California. The victim may have been a transient.
