Last seen on way to pick up wife from relatives residence. Dengerud never arrived. Reportedly stopped by an elderly couple's residence to ask directions.
Vehicle was later found crashed into a small tree in rural Swift County with no signs of Dengerud. The vehicle had been abandonded with no sign of Dengerud. During this vehicle accident Theodore might have sustained injuries, particularly head injuries.
He was married for 3 years and 10 months and has a daughter that was 15 months at time of his disappearance. Dengerud may be suffering from amnesia and may be using a false name. He is a Vietnam veteran. He has relatives in Tallahassee, FL, and in Onamia, MN, and in Cannon Falls, MN. Before his disappearance he worked as a subcontractor.
