- Distinguishing Characteristics: Dark blond, slightly curly, hair with mild front temporal balding; blue eyes. Dark blond and gray mustache and full beard. Semicircular scar on right lower quadrant of abdomen. Eyeglasses with left ear piece missing.
- Clothing: White t-shirt; black mesh shorts with red interior lining; black "Air Nike" tennis shoes.
- Personal Effects: Near his body were eyeglasses with left ear piece missing, plastic grocery Publix bag with grapes, "Eastpak" canvas tote bag that contained a brown blanket, grey cotton shorts, and size 36 "Duxbak" blue jean shorts.
- Dentals: Available. Evidence of possible past Orthodontic treatment. Possible pipe smoker.

Case History
The victim was found on the cement ground at a bus stop shelter in St. Petersburg, Florida on October 5, 1999.
He had been seen rummaging through trash cans at Subway a few minutes before being found at the bus stop.
UPDATE: He was identified as 44-year-old Stewart Fletcher Currin of Olivia, North Carolina in June 2015 through DNA.
