Case History
The victim was located on waste ground in the Barras area of Glasgow, Scotland in March 30, 2003.
He had hanged himself in a deserted place which ensured he would not be easily found. He was probably a homeless person. Unusually, even for a homeless man, he had not a single document, photograph, or card upon his person.
When they discovered his remains in a crumbling building in Barrack Street, all they found were a couple of razor blades, a mirror, and a toothbrush. He appeared to have been living rough with layers of clothing.
