• Marks, Scars: Tattoo of "Chinese" writing on back of neck, tattoo of a tribal design on lower back, tattoo around navel, mole on neck (possibly right side).
• Clothing: T-shirt; blue jeans; white athletic shoes.
• Dentals: Teeth slightly crooked on bottom.
• AKA: Anita Cupples, Summer, Dallas

Circumstances of Disappearance
Foster was last seen in the evening hours of October 1, 1999, when a family member dropped her off at a store in the vicinity of 25 Highway 64 West in Alma, Arkansas. Anita may be in the Texas area. She has been known to work as an exotic dancer.
Anita was reported missing on February 9, 2005.
