Vital Statistics

- Distinguishing Characteristics: Native or Asian ancestry
- Clothing: A pair blue pants with an elastic waistband "Station" brand name, a long sleeve shirt appearing to be thermal, and a long sleeve shirt appearing to be dark in color. A jacket, sleeve-lining inside is white insulation and outer layer is blue synthetic shell, and a black spherical coat cord. A metal rivet from clothing, an elongated black foam plug measuring 7/8 inch in length and 1/2 inch in maximum width, grossly appearing as an ear plug, and a snub-nosed revolver.

Case History
On November 6, 1999 a subject walking found a skull at 100 Block of Lookout Drive in Burns Park in North Little Rock.
On October 21, 2007 a hiker located skeletal remains, but no skull on a hill at 115 Eldor Johnson Drive in Burns Park in North Little Rock. The skeletal remains found in 2007 was on a hill above where the skull was found in 1999.
The skull found in 1999 was sent to the FBI in 1999 for MtDNA and nuclear DNA extraction and parts of the skeletal remains found in 2007 was sent the FBI in 2007 for MtDNA and nuclear DNA extraction.
The FBI issued a report in 2009 stating that the skull and the skeletal remains are the same and being a single individual.
