Circumstances of Disappearance
Baker was last seen on June 23, 1999, when she visited a Mountain View dentist. She lived in Marked Tree in January of 1999. She then moved to Mountain View with a man named Danny Noel Taylor, and the two rented an apartment together. Taylor told authorities that Baker may have left that area with a truck driver by the name of "Tim."

Patsy was reported missing in July of 1999. She’s had no contact with the family since that time.
Authorities recovered her vehicle in 2001 in Marked Tree.
