The victim's dismembered remains were found in two plastic trash bags and a cardboard box in a dumpster behind a Union 76 gas station at 6280 East Pacific Coast Highway and 2nd Street in Long Beach.
His arms had been severed at the shoulders, legs severed at the hip joints, and the head severed. Only the head, left leg, and torso were recovered.
He was sodomized with a sock, which was left in his body. It is believed he was killed by serial killer Randy Kraft.
Three other victims of Kraft remain unidentified: 1155UMCA and a second male located in Wilmington, California in 1973, with an additional viction, 1281UMOR, found in Oregon in 1980.
