The victim's skull was found inside of a white plastic bag in a wooded area alongside Dunbar Road near Route 8.
It was believed that the skull had been in this location for approximately four to five years.
A forensic examination of the skull revealed that the skull belonged to a male who was between 20 and 55-years-old at the time of death but most likely between 20 and 34-years-old.
