Circumstances of Disappearance
Roger Evans, formerly of Bradeley, went missing on January 16, 1996, when he was a mature student at Aberystwyth University.
Police found his car parked close to a dangerous estuary near the seaside village of Borth, a few miles up the coast from Aberystwyth.
The divorced father-of-one was a fan of the outdoor life.
Despite an extensive search by police on both sides of the Irish Sea, no body has ever been found.
