Circumstances of Disappearance
Rachelle and Raie were abducted by their noncustodial mother, Marie Jordan.
A FBI International Parental Kidnapping warrant was issued for the abductor on March 22, 2000. They are believed to be in Mauritius, an island off the coast of Africa.
Father has custody in U.S, but Mauritius has not signed the Hague Treaty and does not acknowledge the U.S custody order.
