Police found the body of the decedent along West State Road 46 and Carr Hill Road, near I-65 in Columbus, Indiana. He had been dead less than 12 hours when he was discovered. There was no identification in the decedent's wallet. Two handguns were recovered with the body. One of the guns fired the fatal wound.
