Circumstances of Disappearance
Aryssa Torabi was abducted by her noncustodial father, Ramin Torabi.
A Federal Bureau of Investigation warrant for international parental kidnapping was issued for his arrest on February 11, 1999.
The two are believed to be in Iran.
