Clark was last seen in Albuquerque, New Mexico on February 10, 1995.
Hayden, his brother, Channdler and his sister, Rebekah are believed to have been abducted by their non-custodial mother, Eileen Sams Clark.
On February 10, 1995, Eileen Clark is believed to have left New Mexico with her three children, after being served with divorce papers. She was last known to be in California. She later failed to appear for a custody arraignment in New Mexico.
On May 19, 2005, Clark was indicted by the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, County of Sandoval, State of New Mexico, for custodial interference. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Clark on July 20, 2005, for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
Clark is believed to be in the Atlanta, Georgia, area and is reportedly accustomed to a comfortable lifestyle.
