• Marks, Scars: He has a distinctive port wine-colored birthmark on the right side of his face. Three tattoos on his arms.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Allison was last seen in Mountain View, Anchorage, Alaska on January 20, 1997.
Allison was picked up by a friend at home, then dropped off in Mountain View. His wife had spoken to him on the phone for the last time January 20, 1997. She told police that he was acting very strangely and telling her he had a new friend.

The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are suspicious. Local police believe that Allison may have met with foul play. He may be injured.
