Circumstances of Disappearance
Chabarria was last seen at a meeting held at his place of employment in Arlington, Texas on March 31, 1997.

Chabarria's car was found on May 17, 1997 in Culberson County, off of Farm Road 2119 on private property. The property owner found the car and reported it to the sheriff's department.
All of Chabarria's personal belongings were left behind. Foul play is suspected.
