Circumstances of Disappearance
Evan was last seen at a apartment building he owned on Cedar Avenue, south of Willow Street in Long Beach, CA.

His vehicle, described as a gold, two door, 1971 Datsun 1200 with California plate number 170CFG, was later found several blocks away, near one of his rental properties, stripped.
Evan's mail had been taken and someone had forged his signature to get into his bank accounts.
