Gina was last seen riding a bicycle on her way to a friend's house at about 10:00 p.m. Her bike was later found abandoned on High Street, about five blocks from her home.
A light blue, gray or green station wagon was seen at the same time that someone heard a scream in the neighborhood and the sound of a car driving off.
In 1999, a convicted child rapist was charged with Gina's murder, but the charges were dropped in 2003. He is also the suspect in the disappearance of Tammy Surdam.
