Distinguishing Marks/Features: Three linear scars approximately ½ inch each in length on and below his left knee, as well as ½ inch scar above his left eyebrow. His nose was flattened. Normal, well-nourished physique. Dark tanned skin.
Dentals: Available. Teeth were crowded. No dental restorations, heavy dental wear. Fair condition.
Fingerprints: Available.
DNA: Not available.
Clothing: Green windbreaker jacket, blue jeans, a black tank top, and blue tennis shoes (size 5).
Jewelry: None.
Additional Personal Items: None.
The decedent was struck by a vehicle in a hit and run accident while crossing the northbound lanes of Bristol Street in Santa Ana around 8:55 p.m. He was transported to the UCI Medical Center where he subsequently died from his injuries.
He may have gone by the alias “Carlos Santana."
