Hamilton was last seen in Santa Barbara, California on December 8, 1996.
She was abducted by her noncustodial mother, Raquel Diego Lopez Hamilton. A Felony Warrant was issued for the abductor on September 5, 2001. They may have left the country and traveled to Spain.
