Circumstances of Disappearance
Crocker was last seen at the Los Angeles Central Library in downtown in Los Angeles, California on December 9, 1996.
Mr. Crocker holds a Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering and a Masters Degree in Medical Science. He had gone to the library to do research on the crash of TWA Flight 800 and never returned home.
Mr. Crocker may be a patient of medical facility or be in the care of a board and care facility.
