  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Black female. Black hair; brown eyes. Tullos wore her hair in a medium-length Jeri curl-style at the time she disappeared.
  • Medical Conditions: Tullos is epileptic. She did not have her medication with her when she disappeared in 1988; she is required to take it in order to prevent epileptic seizures and other side effects.
  • Marks, Scars: Pierced ears
  • Clothing: A blue and white striped shirt and multicolored walking shorts. She was barefoot.
  • DNA: Available

Circumstances of Disappearance
Tullos was last seen in her hometown of Jackson, Mississippi on July 26, 1988.
She left her grandparents' home on Azalea Circle after arguing with her mother over fish sticks. She was last seen walking south on Azalea Drive toward Northside Drive.
