Jack was last seen by relatives on November 28, 1994, in the 8200 block of Delaware Terrace. Jack had fallen asleep in the living room. At around 5 a.m., a relative heard somebody honking outside and the front door open. When the relative went into the living room, Jack was gone but his wallet and belt were left behind. Investigators believe Jack is a victim of foul play. Jack lived a rough lifestyle. During the year of Jack's disappearance, many rumors surfaced regarding Jack's death. Officers have conducted hundreds of interviews and have searched numerous areas in rural DeSoto, Kansas.
