Case History
A couple fishing found the skeletonized remains of a black male in a swamp near Mosquito Lake near State Route 305 in the vicinity of Cortland or Bazetta, Ohio.
The wetland area of the state park is near an intake of Warren’s water treatment plant on Warren Meadville Road.
