Circumstances of Disappearance
Jeffery was discharged from the Navy in 1994. Jeffery quit his job and has not been seen since 08/17/95. Jeffery may have left on an unknown type of bicycle. Jeffery was experiencing significant mental stress. Jeffrey Osborne was last seen at his residence at 35317 Carson Drive in Zephyrhills, Florida. He may be suicidal. Foul play is suspected.
