Arlin was last seen at about 5 p.m. as he was riding his yellow and white bike near home on Lincoln County Road 837. When a friend of Arlin's stopped by the home to hang out with him, Arlin's family realized he'd disappeared.
Three months later, Arlin's bike was found abandoned in a field, ten miles from his home. Investigators found a brown hair, red carpet fibers, and a fingerprint on the bike.
Arlin has not been seen since his disappearance.
