Circumstances of Disappearance

Tiwana was last seen walking on Balltown Drive headed to a convenience store near her home for ice cream. Reports say Tiwana borrowed a quarter and made a call at a phone booth, then disappeared. The FBI was called in to help with the investigation when information was given that Tiwana was seen in another state. Despite numerous searchers, no trace of Tiwana has been found. Tiwana's name may appear in NCIC as Tilwanda.
