The partial skeletal remains of an adult black male were brought by the dogs onto the yard of Tranquility Lane, Sutherland, Virginia. Female clothing was found along with him, including a pair of women's shoes and a woman's watch. When it was uncovered in the woods it was still running and with the correct time, running one hour behind. That leads investigators to believe the victim was wearing the watch during daylights saving time.
