Case History
On March 21, 2008 paramedics were called to the sidewalk outside 135 SW South River Drive, along the banks of the Miami River. The man complained he felt weak.

Hours later, he died of heart failure at Jackson Memorial Hospital but was never able to give paramedics or hospital staff his name.
