Craniotomy. Skull: Left larged healed defect from old surgery. Old healed fracture on left extending to right parietal. Old L fragment of skull with old surgical perforations, 5 old burr holes; Old L frontal fractures, nasal, right maxilla, zygomatic arches. Old left clavicle, rib fractures on the right and left ulna. Also arthritic changes of lumbar spine. Sinuses are distinct.
Dentals: Available. No restorations; poor dental care. No wear from partial plates. Age is 40 plus. Heart shape incisal canal.
