Angela Meeker was last seen on July 7, 1979, as she left her family home on S. 41st St. in the City of Tacoma. She was going to the nearby Tacoma Mall to buy a birthday card for a friend. Later that evening several witnesses believe they saw Meeker at a party. She did not return home and has not been seen or heard from since. Foul play is suspected. Two years later, she was formally listed as a missing person.
