Circumstances of Disappearance
On May 21st, 1982 the abandoned vehicle of Jacques Joseph Duguay, of Saint John, New Brunswick, was found off of the Trans-Canada highway near Moncton, New Brunswick.
Ten days later on May 30th, 1982 he was reported missing to police as no one had heard from him.
Duguay was a known associate of Gary "Giggie" Dow who disappeared in August, 1981 and whose remains were later discovered near St. Martins, New Brunswick in June, 2000.
