Jarreau was last seen at home in Baton Rouge, LA on October 23, 1991. He told his wife he was going to the store but never returned. The construction worker's truck was later found in the parking lot of a Waffle House in Baton Rouge, LA. He left home with only a few dollars in his pocket. Jarreau was a newlywed at the time of his disappearance and him and his wife had been married less than a year. Jarreau has not been seen nor heard from since.
