Unidentified White Male
- The victim was discovered on December 3, 1998 in Sooke, British Columbia, Canada
Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 25-40 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'8"; 176 lbs.
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Dark brown to black hair. The main part of the right hand has fused bones dating from severe childhood trauma; probably a crushing injury. This damage does not appear to have affected the fingers. The hand might have been a bit smaller than usual and not as mobile as normal.
- Clothing: Striped shirt with zipper at the neck; blue thermal underwear style shirt with a depiction of vintage style car and "JIMMYZ" logot worn underneath the striped zip-neck; black sweatpants; second pair of sweatpants worn beneath the other sweatpants; blue underpants with black stripes; gum-boot worn on right foot, and white socks. Necklace: rope chain style, base of clasp inscribed "Made in Italy", other side "925" 45.3 cm length, 17 3/4 inch; possibly gold (tarnished at time of recovery).
- Dentals: Missing a tooth on the upper left side which would have been noticeable in life.
Case History
The victim was located in the water 9 miles Northweast of Neah Bay Washington, well within BC waters.
