The decedent was found by City of Cleveland workers while they were cleaning and removing debris from the west end of CPD outdoor range. The decedent was on the ground in a pool of water at 3700 West 58th Street. The body was decomposed and partially skeletonized. The remains found include the lower thorax, pelvis, and both lower extremities.
