- Distinguishing Characteristics: Brownish/gray hair; brown eyes. His mustache is gray. He had several old scars on his chest from previous medical care. He had a "blotchy" appearance to his hands due to pigmentation of the skin.
- Clothing: He was wearing blue jeans, white t-shirt, white tennis shoes, and carried a blue wallet. Money was found in the wallet, but no identification was present.
Case History
This man was struck by a vehicle near 68th Avenue and Indian School Road in Phoenix and later died of his injuries.
