Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair. Pierced ears.

Distinguishing Marks: She had the tip of her right index finger slightly cut off, either surgically or traumatically.

Clothing: Gray socks. One sandal "Old Navy" brand light blue in color.

Dentals: Available

DNA: Available in FBI NMPDD

Case History
On May 31, 2005, at approximately 1:45 p.m., The Maryland Department of Corrections was cleaning the roadside trash in the area of the Southbound Capital Beltway just prior to Exit 24 (College Park/Greenbelt Metro Station) when they discovered a body on the side of the road.
