Distinguishing Marks/Features: A 1/2" long surgical scar on the forehead above the left eye. He had arthritis in the back and legs and should have complained about being stiff and/or aching during standing, walking, etc. This person should have had a slightly stooped posture and walked in a slow, shuffling fashion. He had suffered numerous bone fractures in his life indicating a history of many accidents, assaults, etc.

The decedent was located in a vacant field at the intersection of Bannon Street and North “B” Street in Sacramento. This area was a known transient camp.
